How long will I be in therapy?
You can reach me via our contact page or email or by calling (327)324-3197. I do my best to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

The length of therapy varies depending on your individual needs, goals, and the type of therapy used. Some people find meaningful progress in 6-8 sessions, especially if they’re working on specific challenges, while others may choose longer-term therapy to explore deeper issues or ongoing personal growth.
